Are there days off during the Yoga Teacher Training Courses?

Sundays are half days, leaving students the late morning and afternoons for travel to Cusco and around the area.

Is this training course recognized by Yoga Alliance?

Yes. Sembrando Semillas Con Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour Level. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from Sembrando Semillas con Yoga and be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).

What type of yoga does your course specialize in?

The style of yoga we share is raja yoga and vinyasa flow, a spiritual practice of yoga that links breath to movement. It is a form of healing that works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
